The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge in collaboration with the City of La Cañada Flintridge is proud to host the Annual Thanksgiving Day Run & Food Drive. The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge’s Thanksgiving Day 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Mile Run has been a local tradition and a community favorite for three decades! It is also the Community Center’s biggest fundraiser of the year and we are thrilled to see everyone at the starting line at La Cañada’s Olberz Park!
CCLCF’s 32nd Annual Thanksgiving Day Run & Food Drive: 5K and Kids’ Mile
When? Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025.
Where? Olberz Park, La Cañada Flintridge
The Adult 5K Run/Walk: Warmup begins at 7:45 AM. Race begins at 8:15 AM.
The Kid’s Mile: Warmup begins at 9:10 AM. Race begins at 9:30 AM.
About the Route
Street Closures
Road Closures for the 32nt Annual CCLCF Thanksgiving Day Run
To ensure a safe event, the following roads will be fully closed:
- Foothill Blvd (from Loma Vista Dr to Gould Ave)
- Angeles Crest Highway (south of Town Center Dr, with no access to Valley Sun Ln)
- Civic Center Dr
- Town Center Dr (from the southwest corner of Olberz Park to the roundabout)
- Cornishon Dr (from FIS Lower field to Foothill Blvd)
Additionally, the access to the Town Center Parking lot near Panera and Homegoods will be altered to one way in and out.
