Citizen Problem Reporter is a mobile-friendly application that can be used to report NON-EMERGENCY matter to the City.
NOTE: the application can use GPS locator (
) to pinpoint your location for reporting a problem. However, you will need to Allow Access when prompted. If you do not, then simply type in the address of the problem manually.

DOWNLOAD THE APP ON YOUR PHONE
IOs Phones (Apple)
Open your phone’s browser and go to lcf.ca.gov
Click on the Citizen Problem Reporter:
Once the application opens on your mobile device
Click the
icon:

Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”:

THE APPLICATION IS NOW ADDED TO YOUR PHONE AND YOU CAN ACCESS IT ANYWHERE.

Launch Chrome from your Android device and go to lcf.ca.gov
Click on the Citizen Problem Reporter on the homepage:
Once the application opens, tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen.
