Citizen Problem Reporter is a mobile-friendly application that can be used to report NON-EMERGENCY matter to the City.
NOTE: the application can use GPS locator (Search box with question Where is the problem located? Yellow arrow pointing to a bullseye icon for GPS Locator) to pinpoint your location for reporting a problem.  However, you will need to Allow Access when prompted.  If you do not, then simply type in the address of the problem manually.
Please report using the Guest option.  Doing so allows you to remain anonymous or provide your name and email should you wish.  But it is completely optional.

IOs Phones (Apple)

Open your phone’s browser and go to lcf.ca.gov

Click on the Citizen Problem Reporter:

Once the application opens on your mobile device

Click theBox with an arrow pointing up from it. icon:

Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”:

THE APPLICATION IS NOW ADDED TO YOUR PHONE AND YOU CAN ACCESS IT ANYWHERE.

Launch Chrome from your Android device and go to lcf.ca.gov

Click on the Citizen Problem Reporter on the homepage:

Once the application opens, tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen.
