Qualification for Permit Under Resolution No 21-22

Permits are issued to Community Groups identified as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organizations based in La Cañada Flintridge whose primary purpose is to provide charitable support and/or services for the benefit of the community, have at least one adult City resident serving on their board of directors, and whose majority of active members are residents of the City.

  • A maximum of four (4) signs, banners, or other notices may be placed at any one time. One (1) banner per community group.
  • Permits are valid for seven (7) days; extensions are allowed for an additional 7 days provided no other application has been submitted for the same or overlapping period.
  • Applications must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
