GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION – JUNE 2, 2026
The next City of La Cañada Flintridge General Municipal Election will be held on June 2, 2026, for two seats on the City Council. The City’s election is being consolidated with the statewide direct primary election conducted by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
The nomination period for the election begins on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. If nomination documents from an incumbent are not filed by 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026, the nomination period will be extended until Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 5:00

Recruitment and selection of Vote Centers is underway. A list of locations will be made available 30-40 days before Election Day at locator.lavote.gov/locations/vc
