What is the RRP?
The intent of the RRP is to provide grants to eligible homeowners of owner-occupied single-family detached dwellings for the preservation of decent, safe, and sanitary housing. All property to be repaired must be within the City of La Cañada Flintridge, and owner-occupied by low-income, moderate-income, elderly, or severely disabled homeowners.
What does the RRP do?
RRP grants may be available to a maximum of $25,000 per household, based on determined repair needs. Program funds are derived from the City of La Cañada Flintridge’s General Fund. Funding is limited and may not be available for all applicants (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
Do I qualify for RRP?
To receive assistance, properties must be in current compliance with the City’s Building Codes, Zoning Ordinance, and Residential Property Standards.
Additionally, the applicant must meet household annual income requirements. To determine income eligibility please see LA County Development Authority’s (LACDA) specified income limits. Income limits for 2024 are found in Attachment ‘E’ of the RRP Application.
The applicant must also review and acknowledge all additional eligibility requirements that are listed in the “Program Qualifications and Conditions Acknowledgement Form” (Attachment ‘A’ of the RRP Application)

The Applicant will need to upload a completed RRP Application and supporting materials to ConnectLCF.

What is the SCG?
The intent of the Sewer Connection Grant Program is to provide grants to eligible homeowners of owner-occupied single-family detached dwellings for connection to the City’s newly constructed sewer lines. The program was created to assist lower and moderate-income households within a sewer improvement district that are currently served by a septic system that are required to connect to the public sewer system. All property to be repaired must be a single-family owner-occupied residential property, located within the City of La Cañada Flintridge.
What does the SCG do?
Program funds are derived from the City of La Cañada Flintridge’s General Fund. Sewer connection grants are up to a maximum of $12,000 per household. Funding is limited and may not be available for all applicants (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
