As part of the Hillard Avenue Improvements Project, Public Works is hosting a town hall meeting with the project’s consultant to discuss proposed improvements on Hillard Avenue from Foothill Boulevard to Fairmont Avenue. The Town Hall meeting will be an opportunity for residents to engage directly with City staff to provide input on the proposed design concept, which attempts to minimize impacts to existing features outside of the roadway, such as trees, planters, driveways, and mailboxes.
